Our tent structures use hot-dip galvanised or painted steel frames combined with high-quality PVC-coated polyester tarpaulin fabric (typically 650-900 g/m2), UV-stabilised and fire-retardant where required. Doors, windows and ventilation panels are included as standard or custom options. For cold climates, we offer insulated covers and double-skin roof systems. All materials are selected to withstand the wind, snow and temperature conditions of the destination country.

Yes. All Varol Tent structures are engineered to comply with load requirements for their intended location, including wind speeds, snow loads and seismic conditions. Steel frames are calculated by our engineers and manufactured to industry standards. Tents planned according to occupational health and safety regulations are as safe as conventional lightweight buildings. We provide structural calculation reports on request for permitting purposes.

A tent with a properly designed ventilation system and correctly calculated interior volume will not produce problematic condensation. Our structures are engineered with ridge vents, eave vents and optional mechanical ventilation to maintain adequate airflow. For cold-climate projects or refrigerated storage applications, we recommend our insulated double-skin roof system which significantly reduces thermal bridging and condensation risk.

Production lead times depend on the structure size, quantity and level of customisation. Standard structures typically ship within 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Larger or heavily customised projects typically take 4-8 weeks. We provide firm production and delivery timelines in every formal quotation. Shipping by sea freight to European ports usually takes 5-14 days; road freight to Eastern Europe and the Balkans is typically 3-7 days.

Yes. Varol Tent can provide installation supervision and on-site assembly teams for projects in Europe, the Middle East, the Gulf region and internationally. Our technical team can travel to your site to supervise erection, train local crews, or complete the full installation. Please include your installation requirements (country, timeline, site access) when requesting a quote so we can include the cost of installation support in your proposal.

We offer flexible payment terms discussed case by case. The typical arrangement for export orders is a 30-50% deposit to start production with the balance paid before shipment or against documents (letter of credit accepted for large orders). For long-term or repeat clients, we offer extended terms. We accept bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) and other methods by agreement.

Yes. Our industrial tent structures are designed and tested for use in a wide range of climates, from the hot and arid conditions of the Middle East and North Africa to the cold and snowy winters of Northern and Eastern Europe. Structures can be specified with reinforced steel frames for high wind zones, insulated roof covers for cold climates, and reflective or UV-resistant fabric for hot regions.

There is no strict minimum order quantity. We supply single tent structures to individual clients as well as large quantities to distributors, governments and NGOs. A single warehouse tent or agricultural shelter can be ordered and manufactured exactly to your specifications. For very small orders, lead times and unit costs may be slightly higher.
