We have been manufacturing purpose-built poultry houses since the late 1990s, working alongside Turkish integrators, independent broiler farmers and layer operations from Turkey and Bulgaria to the Gulf states and North Africa. **Climate engineering — because feed conversion starts with temperature** A broiler feed conversion ratio deteriorates by 5–8 % for every degree the house exceeds the target comfort band. Our houses are engineered for positive-pressure tunnel ventilation in summer and minimum-ventilation mode in winter, using calculated inlet and exhaust areas. Insulated sandwich panels (50 mm and 80 mm options) cut heating energy by 30–40 %. **Biosecurity from the ground up** Solid concrete or compacted gravel floors with sealed PVC skirt connections. Single-entry vestibules with footbaths and wash-down access. Rodent-proof base rail profiles. Bird-mesh ventilation inlets. **Modular and expandable** Our poultry houses use the same 5 m modular system as all Varol Tent structures. Standard widths from 10 m to 20 m cover broiler flocks from 10 000 to 100 000 birds per cycle. **Turnkey package available** We supply the house structure, insulated panels, ventilation fan openings, lighting cable routes and feeding/drinker track fixings as a complete turnkey package.
