Our portal frame arch system achieves clear spans to 60 m with eave heights to 12 m — sufficient for regional turboprop aircraft, large agricultural aircraft, helicopter fleets and multi-rotor UAVs. The interior is entirely free of columns, trusses or bracing.

Door engineering

A 40 m wide aircraft hangar requires a door that opens reliably in all weather and closes with absolute weather-tightness. We engineer bi-fold, sliding and full-lift door systems specific to each hangar — sized to the aircraft, including ground clearance and electrical drive mechanisms.

  1. Aircraft Type & Operational Brief

    We collect the aircraft type, number of aircraft, maintenance equipment dimensions, heating requirement and door operation preference. This drives the structural span, height, door type and any special provisions.

  2. Engineering Design & 3-D Visualisation

    Our structural engineers produce a detailed hangar layout with aircraft parking overlay, door swing clearances, ground-anchor plan and structural calculations. A 3-D render is provided for client approval.

  3. Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

    All components are manufactured at our Kahramankazan facility with full galvanising and dimensional inspection. Door drive mechanisms are pre-tested before dispatch.

  4. On-Site Installation

    Our specialist team installs the hangar including all door systems, seals, gutters and any insulated panel packages. Electrical connections for door drives are prepared to a specified cable entry point for your electrician.

  5. Commissioning & Documentation

    Following a full structural and door-operation check, we issue as-built drawings, structural calculations, material certificates and an operation manual. After-sales support covers spare panels, membrane patches and door mechanism servicing.
